Tuesday: 3 walks with Calvin totaling 49 minutes; 35 minute treadmill run (_/_\_); 60 min. spin class
Wednesday: 2 walks with Calvin totaling 25 minutes; weight workout (abs, chest, arms)
Thursday: 4 walks with Calvin totaling 46 minutes; 4 mile run at Memorial Park; 60 min. spin class
Friday: 3 walks with Calvin totaling 41 minutes
Saturday: 3 walks with Calvin totaling 45 minutes; 6 mile run at Memorial Park
