Lots of things going on today so I need to make this quick. Heading out to a couple of parties this afternoon/evening. Then heading over to the BRB this evening for a show.

Didn't sleep well last night. Couldn't fall asleep and then was awake by 530a today. UGH!
I'm back on the horse again. Did a 5 mile run yesterday morning. Wanted to have a FABU-5 rather than a SUCKY-6 so I stopped at 5 miles. This is the most I have run since the 1/2 marathon.
Went to LeFittes on Thursday and then again today. Had good weight workouts both times.
