pin class tonight and had another subsitute instructor. Like last week's fill in, he was OK. I didn't get the workout that I wanted but it is probably just as well. I'll get up tomorrow morning and go running before I ship The Calvinator out for the day. If yoga boi is there again, I'll do a posting about him.
