David Adickes is a local sculptor who does things in a big way. The ga'normous statue of Sam Houston on I-45 in Huntsville is one of his creations. On his property (SculptorWorx Studio) near the neighborhood Target, he has ga'normous heads of Presidents.
Well check this out. Yesterday was the unveiling of his 36-foot tall statues of The Beatles. In the Fall he will be moving the ga'normous sculptures to a location down the street from me and The Calvinator. Just another cool aspect of living life in the 007/Houston.
