Pic Of The Day - 04.13.15 - Art Car

Houston's Art Car Parade. I didn't attend. In fact, it's been several years since I've attended. Anywho, this vehicle is parked outside of The Calvinator's Upper Kirby Crib. From what I can tell, it is a salute to the State of Texas and the San Jacinto monument.
