Pic Of The Day - 04.15.15 - Ach Choo
This is Trachelospermum jasminoides also known as Star Jasmine or Confederate Jessamine. Regardless of what you call it, it is pretty to look and smells lovely but it makes me sneeze.

Its a Great Smell in the Spring... reminds me of Baton Rouge in the Beauregard Section of the City.
