Yesterday we celebrated a co-worker's birthday with miniature cupcakes. It was a festive atmosphere at work. However, later that day she called me and was very upset. She was on her way to pickup her granddaughter at school when a man ran a red light and hit her another car. Believe it or not she walked away from this accident.
Things can change in a New York minute.
