Pic(s) Of The Day - 09.15.15 - ¡Viva La Raza!
September 15 kicked off Hispanic Heritage Month for the City of Houston. We gathered in the rotunda at City Hall for the press conference. Mariachis. Pan dulce. Tacos. And outstanding citizens being recognized for their achievements.
