Saturday In The Park - Party Animals

Yesterday the Houston Arboretum & Nature Center hosted Party Animals. Calvin went and strutted his stuff and Winslow was there also. He was escorted by AnnaBanana.

Sponsors for the event were: 002 Houston, Dirty Dawgz, Houston SPCA, Urban Tails, Bow Wow Meow, Gone To The Dogs...And Cats Too, Bed & Biscuits Pet Spa.
Chipotle was there handing out burritos and chips. The guy in the blue shirt gave Calvin a Chipotle chew toy and a Chipotle leash.

Calvin was pooped last night. However, he spent most of the evening sleeping and spent most of the wee hours roaming around the house and he kept waking me up.

Party Animals

The Houston Arboretum is hosting a party on Saturday, April 5 from 3p-5p. The Calvinator and I didn't make the last party because that is the day the transmission went out on the The Cal Mobile and I was in a foul mood. Hopefully, we'll be able to make it this Saturday.

A Celebration of Legend and Style

On Sunday, April 13 the glitterati and fashionistas of Houston will be gathering at Neiman-Marcus for an evening of fashion, flair and fabulous cuisine. It is the 10th anniversary of Legacy Community Health Services gala.

This year's honoree is Jeanie Kilroy. Jeanie is receiving the Jerry D. Bartee Humanitarian Award.

The co-chairs (Pat Breen, Bob Devlin and Sue Smith) have been working with the Legacy staff to plan a fabulous event.

Cocktails begin at 630p and dinner begins at 800p.

Krewe of Olympus Apprecation Show

This Saturday, April 5, 2008, Mr & Miss EJ's 2007 will be doing a benefit show for the Krewe of Olympus. The show will begin at 800p and will be at EJ's (2517 Ralph Street).
