UPDATE: In a previous post I was anxiously awaiting an e-mail from the ING NYC Marathon to let me know if I had been accepted for the Nov. 4 event. BFF AttyHou rec'd an email this afternoon and I've been waiting for the "ping" sound to let me know that I have an e-mail.
Finally went out to the website, pulled up my name and have a big NO by it! How rude! LOL
I think they had about 98,000 people trying to get one of the 40,000+ spots (I may be wrong with the exact number but it's huge I tell ya!)
Guess I'll go eat some bon bons.
