That's pretty much what happened yesterday for Super Bowl 48. The first play of the game Seattle Seahawks scored a safety because of huge error. It really messed with the Denver Broncos minds and they were never in the game. The final score was 43 - 8. I became bored and spent most of my time on Twitter, Facebook and Instagram watching the feeds.
The Calvinator must of known it was going to be a snoozer because just before kickoff, he did this:
and stayed that way through most of the game.
FYI: Yesterday's score was not the biggest blowout. The final score of Super Bowl 24 was 55 - 10 and guess who lost? The Denver Broncos. Are we seeing a pattern here?
I wasn't too impressed with the commercials. There were some good ones: Radio Shack; Cheerios; T-Mobile; Budweiser; H&M; and Coca-Cola. What I didn't expect was the hateful response to the Cheerios commercial AND the Coca-Cola commercial. As far as we think we have come, we still have a long way to go.
If you're interested in showing how beautiful America really is and that the majority of us come from immigrants (whether they came freely or not), send your selfie to Coca-Cola and maybe you'll end up in Times Square!
Another commercial promoted U2's Invisible. If you download it before 11:59p.m. today(not sure what time zone), Bank of America will donate $1. HURRY!
