Pic Of The Day - 02.25.14

On Tuesday, I went to vote early in the Democrat Primary.  I voted early because I will be in New Orleans on Tuesday for Mardi Gras!  On my way back to the car, I noticed some public art.  It was nice to see this pop of colour.
