Saturday was the 15th Annual Mystery & Fantasy Mardi Gras Party which was held at Rich's. Prior to the party starting, a proclamation from Mayor Annise Parker was read declaring January 30, 2010, Mystery & Fantasy Mardi Gras Party Day!
