I may or may not have taken a really long lunch on Monday. I did get a toll tag which is something I've been meaning to do and finally did it. And, I did stop at Memorial City Mall.

Pic Of The Day - 06.08.15 - Lunch Meeting

So...on Monday, I had a lunch meeting at Memorial City Mall. I picked the restaurant and since I don't often have the opportunity to eat at Cheesecake Factory, that is where I set for the meeting location.

This is a Asian chicken salad and even though it looks like there is a bunch of food it was a lite meal.

Oh, and as much as I love their cheesecake, I didn't order any.

I don't go to Memorial City Mall very often. They have an eclectic mix of stores. I'd probably go more often if they had a Nordstrom but that discussion is for another day.

What they do have is this cool carousel. I enjoy looking at the craftsmanship that went into creating this piece of art.
