I headed out to New Orleans for a conference.  Once again, my obsession with clouds revved up.  I was looking forward to the conference but also to the opportunity to eat at some good restaurants.

Dinner was at Commander's Palace.  Our table captain was Howard and he and his team provided great service.  The highlight of the meal was the bread pudding soufflé.
